The unrivaled beauty of this valley instantly captured my eyes and my traveler's heart, inspiring me to create this whole project. Something unexpected happens as you journey along this road: following the gentle curves up into the valley, you leave behind the bustling noise of the coast, and your heart and mind let go of all worries. Being off the beaten track, this valley has preserved its local authenticity: here you can taste Rossese di Dolceacqua DOC wine and traditional Michetta pastry, visit medieval villages and castles, swim in natural rock pools, and explore backroads unknown to most. To experience it at its most authentic, I highly recommend riding the route on a scooter.

This valley winds above the famous city of Sanremo, showing a surprisingly different landscape. The shape of the land completely changes the climate and the surrounding nature. Thick forests of beech and chestnut create deep shade where sunlight barely enters, giving it a true mountain feel rather than a coastal one. The valley also opens up to ancient medieval villages connected by beautiful, scenic roads. For this tour as well, I recommend riding a scooter to enjoy the trip to the fullest.

Argentina Valley Tour

This tour winds into the Upper Argentina Valley, a place where history and folklore intertwine. At the end of the 16th century, Triora was the site of witch trials, accused of causing a prolonged famine. Local lore still considers the village haunted by witches... All in all, Triora is a captivating place. You can visit numerous hamlets along the valley, venturing deep into the Ligurian hinterland. Given the route's length, a car is recommended.

Riviera Villages Tour

Thanks to its clear blue sea and colorful villages reflecting in the water, Western Liguria is one of the most beautiful parts of Italy. This tour is designed to amaze visitors, showing what is hidden inside the old centers of famous towns, as well as lesser-known or ruined medieval villages. Much of the beauty of this trip is the scenic ride between each village, which is why I recommend traveling by scooter.

Hello Wanderer,
I'm Enrico, the guide who will take you on your exploration!

This project was born from a simple passion: to experience and share a land that I fell in love with. As in all great stories, it started with a girl who stole my heart and made me fall in love with her home.

My goal is to let you fall in love with these places, just like someone did for me.

That's why I put my time and energy into creating this project, bringing together my greatest passions: hiking, exploring, traveling by bike and scooter, photography, and sharing experiences... because as they say, happiness is only real when shared. Fun fact: all the photos on this website were taken by me!

I have a Master's degree in Biology and I speak Italian and English fluently (and I'm working on my French!).

I lived abroad for study and work: if you're looking for a place where you can slow down your breath, calm your thoughts, and relax your heart, you're in the right place.
